Our fertility practice offers a wide
variety of services for the treatment
of fertility disorders. To help you achieve a successful pregnancy, we will need to know as much about you as possible, and you need to know about studies and treatments your doctor will discuss.

What can you expect at your first visit?
A detailed history will be taken (prior to your visit, you and your spouse will have completed and sent medical questionnaires). Any medical records, x-rays, and video pictures you bring will be reviewed. Then, after a physical exam is performed, you will be given a customized diagnostic plan.
